Help

Find your shop, read the map, keep the report, or fix billing.

Search help

Getting started

Check your business

Search the shop name. We pick what nearby people type.

Getting started

I can't find my shop

Use the name on the door, plus the city if you have to.

Getting started

Why these three searches

You do not pick the searches. We pick what nearby people type.

Your report

Read the map

Your shop is in the middle. Colors show how easy nearby people can find you.

Your report

What the NearLumo Score means

It is a visibility score for nearby Maps results, not a Google score.

Your report

Why nearby customers find you

Google looks at three things. The map is the result.

Your report

Who appears before you

Named shops from the same Maps check, not a second hunt.

Your report

New reviews and ask-for-review

We count public new reviews. You send the ask.

Your shop and account

Keep a report and claim your shop

On the report, This is my shop leaves the shop on your account. Signing in without a report only creates the account. Neither connects Google.

Your shop and account

Get a draft

After you claim the shop, copy a rewrite. We do not paste it for you.

Plans and billing

Free checks and Watch

Free remembers the shop. Watch checks it every week.

Plans and billing

Billing and cancel Watch

Watch is billed per shop in Stripe. Cancel in the billing portal.

Posts and replies

After you keep the shop, Reach can post and reply on accounts you connect.

Privacy and data

Privacy and your Google data

What we take from Google, and how to delete the account.

Troubleshooting

The check did not finish
