Terms of Service

Operated by NearLumo. We will add the registered legal entity and mailing address here before we submit Google or payment reviews. Until that entity is listed, these terms describe the product as shipped.

The service

NearLumo checks how easily nearby customers can find a shop on Google Maps, then shows a NearLumo Score, a map, named shops that may appear first, and a few next steps. After you pay for Watch, we check that shop again on a weekly cadence. NearLumo Reach is a separate add-on that is not for sale on this site yet. If you later buy it and authorize us, we may publish posts and reply to simple reviews on accounts you connect. NearLumo is not Google. The NearLumo Score is not a Google score.

No promises about rank

We do not promise rank, traffic, or revenue. A check can miss a shop, reuse a recent snapshot, or fail when Maps data is unavailable.

Free checks

You can run a check without an account. We limit new checks per IP each day. The same shop may reuse a snapshot for about 7 days.

Watch

Watch uses the fixed price shown for your shop's country and is billed through Stripe. It is tied to the shop, not the country you are browsing. Listed prices are before tax; tax may apply at checkout. Self-serve checkout starts a monthly plan. You can cancel in the billing portal. Canceling stops later renewals. We do not say charges are non-refundable as a blanket rule; Stripe and the law still apply.

Fair use

Do not use checks to attack, scrape, or bulk-copy other shops. We may pause abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not change your Google listing details (name, category, hours, attributes, or website).
• We do not send reviews for you today. Reach, when offered, may reply only after you connect, and only to simple reviews unless you send a draft.
• We do not run your Google presence as a managed service.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, except where a mandatory consumer law says otherwise. We will name a state and entity once they are set.
