What a visibility score is (and is not)

The NearLumo Score is a 0–100 number for how you show up on nearby Maps results for the searches we picked. It is ours. It is not a Google score.

A higher score means more of those nearby spots show you near the top. A lower score means nearby people are more likely to see someone else.

What does not go into the number

We do not mix in photos, hours, or “did you fill every field.” Those can matter later as actions. Putting them in the hero number turns this into a completeness grade, and faster free tools already do that.

We also do not turn the score into dollars or a promise of weekly guests.

How to read a change

A reused snapshot is the same check, not progress. Only a real check can move the number. Watch adds a real check of your shop each week so you can see what changed since last week.
